Worst BK! I work walking distance and was denied entry. There are so signs posted. I was told to go through the drive through. I work a 2 min walk away I am not driving through the drive through to order lunch when I can walk in and take out! There is no point to waste gas like that.

Today after waiting ten minutes for an order, in which I ordered by default, because they didn't have what I intended to get. I still left w no food. Don't waste your time at Cherry location just overall bad experience.

After reopening the place went down hill. Person working the drive through asked for me to hold on for a minute and never responded back til after 10 minutes. As i pulled up another car that was a head of me still haven't received their order. Took them 20 plus minutes just to get 2 cars order done before I got my food.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced.
They don't great are acknowledge you standing waiting to order especially when there's only one customer in the store they would rather laugh and joke with one another instead of taking care of the customer this would be the last time I ever visit there

It's expensive to buy prepared food, but, it cost about the same to prepare it myself. No leftovers
But I can live with that. Burgers were awesome.

This place is almost always deserted, of both customers and beggars, the food is ehh, it only tastes good if you're on a budget. They don't even have doors in their bathroom stalls. We also came in half an hour before closing and we were the first customers in the lobby of the whole day.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I want a refund as well. Fries cold. Whoppers (2) cold. The jalapeno cheddar bites cold. The soda tastes like watered down. Super ridiculous considering I waited in line for so long my food should've been fresh. I feel sick 🤢🤮. Never again. DO NOT COME HERE! I'm also not sure when crop tops and high waisted jeans became proper work attire. What has this world come to ?

Customer service was fantastic ordered a Whopper meal and poppers got home no poppers. Next visit I explained I got no poppers on last visit, they said we don't do that. Never did get any poppers! You asked for reviews but you never give any feedback is this a Burger King policy?
