Got sick eating here. Uncooked chicken sandwich. Called and emailed about it and they never got back to me

It took forever for them to take care of two cars so I figured the food had to be fresh but by the time I got mine my sandwich was soggy and the chicken wasn't even hot. The patty was really tough and had more breading than chicken in some places. And they got our drinks wrong. Only thing that was fresh and hot were the fries.

This Is just pathetic 4 times 4 different days and in the hottest of hours and their excuse no shakes. It's ridiculous to know just how lazy these employees are. Especially when the shakes are really good. I don't find it worth the stop anymore for this location. Don't waste your time your better off elsewhere

My milkshake had a slimy taste to it, my chicken tenders tasted like burnt grease, and they were also fried very hard to where I couldn't eat them and my fries were cold. The only reason why I didn't go back because we were headed home in which we live in Rancho an hour away and we are really never in that area. But never again, my husband and I ended up going to a gas station to get chips and a drink.

You have to try their garlic fries. OMG 😱😱 😋😋🤤🤤 I could have thought they were from heaven when I tried them for the first time. Definitely will keep the vampires away 😆😂. Love 💕💕 them...

This place is the worst Rally's in LA county!!!! Constantly during business hours they have the walk up window closed (DRIVE THRU ONLY), and will be extremely rude about NOT serving you. Everyone doesn't have a vehicle, but everyone deserves to buy food. JUST ABSOULTEY RIDICULOUS . Not a business I choose continue to support. CUSTOMER SERVICE-- service the customer!
