There are not many choices for Peruvian cuisine in the general South Bay area and I am glad I live so close to one as good as this. Parking is not too bad, especially since that indoor dining is an option again, you can park in the back of the restaurant, or on 4th street eastbound you would have more luck than the corridor on the west with all the other great restaurants. The interior is very homey feeling; scattered plants, a brick wall, a beautiful and delicious wine rack wall. Seriously, you must try a different glass / bottle of wine every time you come here. If you are a white wine drinker, especially, their sauvignon blanc selection in on par! I've been here a few times, trying multiple dishes. One thing that is very consistent is the portion size. Think you can finish a main dish yourself? Think again! Unless you can, then good for you, but I am always happy for leftovers. You cannot go wrong with any of the classic chaufa (fried rice dishes), the tallarine verde, lomo saltado, etc. The appetizers are all shareable and equally delicious. I highly recommend splitting everything if you are with a party just so you can try a little of each! Their menu does say they do not allow substitutions, which is unfortunate for some with dietary restrictions, but to keep dishes authentic, I can understand from their perspective why.

Got the Tacu Tacu with an apanado. Both were great. Staff was very friendly and they were so fast too. Nice decor. It's a great place. Would definitely come back.

The food is delicious, the service is friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable. They have a patio out in the back where you can sit and eat dinner that is lovely. We had empanadas, and papas a la Huancaina for starters. For dinner we had Steak a lo pobre and lomito saltado. Everything was delicious. My daughter likes the chicken empanadas best.

Me and some friends went here for dinner tried somewhere new! the food was great very tasteful I recommend the beef thing and the shredded chicken cheese potato thing too that was really good also the chicken empanadas were tasty. Also try the sangria! I am giving 3 stars because the waitress came and told us they were out of the Golden beat salad so she asked if we wanted something else instead I said no it’s okay please take it off as you can see from my receipt we were charged for it. There were 7 of us and no where did I see it say for large Parties they charge Gratuity of 18%. To me I always tip especially if the food and service was good. When I asked to pay for my portion of the bill she said you can only split two ways because the large party and then informed us the tip is included. Just be aware when you are ready to checkout that your bill is correct. Also I would have tipped more than the 18% if they didn’t add it. Other than that issue the food is very tasty.

Fantastic service from the hostess. She provided interesting insight into Peruvian foods and how they developed with the influence of many cultures. The service pushed this up to 5* the food was a mixed bag for me The ceviche was incredibly fresh with great ingredients . By far the best part of our meal.I would go back specifically for the ceviche We had the beer braised ribs as mains I would say it was decent but a little lacking on flavor . The Peruvian style desserts were delicious although the ice cream tastes like a store bought one. The taster was great too. Thoroughly enjoyed the starter chips with aioli. I would highly recommend the fried dessert and the ceviche with a cold glass of beer.
