My Deli In Mapco

I will never use the restroom at this mapco again I had the worst and scariest thing happen to me today. I had to use the restroom and while I was in the restroom two men came into the womans restroom while I was using it and I was the only person in there at the time along with these two men. When I hurried up out of the restroom I approached the African American employee who has the white hair and told her there were men in the women's restroom and she said I know they had to use it cause something was wrong with the men's. Well she should have came to the women's restroom and checked to see if there were any women in there first before allowing them to go in there. Anything could have happened to me while I was in there. Trust me I will never use the restroom here again after that I will not trust them. I'm a loyal customer of Mapco and I feel violated as a woman.

The large girl wearing glasses (just in case her manager reads this i didn't catch her name) was extremely rude. She shouldn't belittle people and make snide remarks about the people in the store. Especially not in front of other customers. Not a pleasant experience, will definitely avoid this store in the future.

At 10:47PM Thursday, September 13, 2018, I purchased gas at this particular MAPCO location in Little Rock, Arkansas. I was on Pump #11. When I arrived at the gas station, there was a couple on Pump #9 directly in front of me. Once I was inside of the store, I made a $30 purchase for gasoline on Pump #11. I walked back outside and picked the nozzle up from the pump which, to my surprise and horror, gasoline began, immediately, spraying me in my eyes, my hair, my mouth, all over my clothes, all over the pump itself, etc. Naturally, I screamed out when this occurred. The man that was on Pump #9 with the woman, but was, now, at another pump, yelled out to me, “Oh, no, ma’am. That pump is broken.” I thanked him as I attempted to wipe my eyes to call for the attendant since I couldn’t see to walk inside. Without so much as offering an apology, the attendant - Robin (blonde hair, petite, and missing a few teeth) said over the speaker, “Oh, wow. Really? I’ll be out in a minute.” She, then, proceeded to complete the task that she was doing, assisted another customer, made a quick “Out of Order” sign, THEN, she chose to come outside to assist me. Once she was outside, she didn’t so much as ask ONE question. She just slapped on her DIY “Out of Order” sign and began chuckling as if something was funny when I showed her the large gash in the hose. I said, “You could at least offer me an apology.” She looked confused yet offered a very weak and lose apology before asking me to pull-up to Pump #9; staring that she’d “take care of me”. I did so, but my $0.07 reward that was, initially, on Pump #11 did not transfer to Pump #9, though I hadn’t pumped any gas (this not the first time this has happened either after switching pumps). I called the attendant, again, and let her know my reward did not transfer. She informed me that she couldn’t do anything about that and that it was a “corporate thing”. Livid at this point, I went inside to request a refund. Again, she began that awkward chuckling as she stated how I could call corporate over my $0.07 reward. I informed her that the fact that she couldn’t care less about me standing in front of her drenched in gas and she’s telling me to call corporate over $0.07 reward is ridiculous. Further that statement, I continued: “If I call corporate tonight, it won’t be simply about $0.07. Since Robin continued offering corporate as the one alternative I had, I asked for the number which she proceeded to provide to me the customer service number for the rewards program. Then, she told me that she didn’t have the number at all. I’m NEVER spending a penny at this location, nor MAPCO, again until someone resolves this issue. I am a very loyal customer and have been for many years, but this isn’t my first issue with Mapco nor at this store in particular. When I was pregnant with my daughter over 3 years ago, sadly, the attendant accused me of pumping gasoline I had not pumped. What happened was he was moving too fast and placed my purchase on the wrong pump. He refused to put my gas on the correct pump nor return my money to me until I threatened to call the police. I was visibly pregnant and he was beyond disgusting towards me. I see that this is a pattern at this location. I will NEVER go to this trashy, unprofessional location, again, and I warn anyone reading this to take heed to this information and not to purchase at this location either. I will be reporting them to corporate in the morning (I have already left a voicemail tonight) as well as they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas.

I was making a drive from Dallas Texas to Memphis Tennessee and I had to stop and get gas and use the restroom and grab a side, I went into use the restroom and this was the most disgusting restroom I have ever been in, inside the stall there was feces all over the toilet and the wall I immediately washed my hands and lift I didn’t wait to finish pumping the gas I just stopped the gas pumping and got my receipt from the machine and left I would never use this Gas Station again!
