Pizza Hut

I have been coming to this pizza for a few years..I like you can order your pizza online and in 15 minutes your order is ready for you to pick up! My pizza is always hot and fresh. The customer service is a hit and miss, it depends on who is a the window, I haven't ran into a super rude person yet. This is a decent pizza hut.

This review is not on the pizza per say, but the actual experience. The pizza was as expected, great Pizza Hut pizza that tastes the same as when I was a kid ordering pizza on Friday nights. My 5 stars come from the ease and spend of service. I ordered the pizza online and was given a 15 min ready time. The lobby is not open at this time, so you have to go through the drive thru. My first thought as I drove up and saw already 2 cars in the drive thru was "I hope this is not going to be a long wait". It's one thing with ordering a burger though the drive thru, but pizza could take a lot longer. That was not at all the case... as soon as I drove around, one car had already left, so it was only one car ahead of me. That car pulled up and within a couple of minute(or less), they had their pizza. When I pulled up, I was greeted by a friendly staff member that asked my name, then handed my 2 large pizza's with a smile. Couldn't ask for anything more. Enjoyed great Pizza at home with my family 😊.

My wife and I ordered 1 lg pepperoni, 1 med Hawaiian, 1 pasta, 1 8/piece wings. Worst Pizza Hut we’ve ever been to. It said our pizza was ready so we pulled in 5 maybe 10 mins after it was “ready” the girl said your stuff is “almost ready” so waited for 10 minutes waiting at the window before she came back and said maybe 10 min wait because the breadsticks were in the middle of the oven (why did the app say they were ready then?) so we were told to wait at the front door. A gentleman walked up and said is this your order? I asked if the name on the order was mine and he said “I don’t know she told me it was a grey car” We get home and my wife pizza looks half good. Literally half good This is probably the last time we come to this location

Literally never have any issues out of this Pizza Hut I ordered delivery frequently and just ordered again this evening it’s hot and fresh and the driver was super friendly I requested “leave at door” so he walked away from the door but still waited for me to grab my food very nice guy ! Love this Pizza Hut I do recommend

Was told to go sit in the back corner. I looked at I thought it was the storage area because it was stacked full of boxes and supplies. Was told it was because I wasn’t ordering the buffet. I sat and waited over 5 minutes with no service. Was planning on ordering multiple pizzas. When I approached the front and asked to speak with a manager, the woman who sent me to the side room said she was a manager. When I told her I had been waiting, she said that was because of where I was sitting. When I reminded her that she put me there she said “yes” to keep me out of the way of the ones eating the buffet. I left and will not be back.

Made an online order to be delivered to my house at 5:52 p.m. Said it would be 40-50 minutes. I made this order from an airport so food could be delivered to my 3 year old and my Mom who was watching her. 2 hours later the order had not made it and I went to track it and it said the store hadn’t even started on the order. I called the store and was placed on hold without warning for 7 minutes. A manager came on the line smacking on her food in my ear and half listening. I repeated myself 5 times before she understood. I will absolutely be calling in for some sort of credit.
