This was a terrible experience. I can’t even take a survey because they cut my receipt. It was 8:00 pm and they close at 10!!! No chicken! No tea! No milkshakes!!!! Fries were cold!!!

We was the only ppl in the place, ordered 2 med sized meals. My meat was raw in middle. Fries was soggy & cold. We was in a rush to get back to hospital for more tests so we just trashed the meals & left.

Ordered a medium tater tot for my son and the container was given to me half full. My french toast stick were smaller than in the past. Usually when we come, this location is on top of it...so this may be a fluke. I'll visit again. Just a little disappointing.

Went there yesterday and the small dark skin manager told she wasn’t gone drop no fresh fries for me and she started screaming loud she was definitely a manager cause she had on black and the other manager had just took the trash out and didn’t wash her hands but started touching my drinks just a nasty filthy restaurant needs to be shout down everytime I come here I get a bad experience I’ve called the health department plenty of times with pictures so let’s see how long this store will be open

The overall experience was terrible.
The staff were unpleasant, but we’ve all had bad days so it’s only mentioned because of the overall experience was terrible.
The food was cold and poorly presented. The burger wasn’t stacked as much as the meat, cheese and tomato were adjacent to each other with sloppy sauce thrown in.

I really wish this burger king would stop trying to rush people at the drive through speaker. They never ask would you like anything else. After you order one thing they immediately tell you to pull up. I'm tired of being rushed in a drive through during a pandemic. Please educate your workers to at least just ask would you like anything else before telling people to pull up and not even giving an order total. O just great I had to come back to edit my review. So I was being rushed little did I know they have 5 cars parked waiting on food. But your going to rush me and you can't even run a fast food restaurant. Comical
