MARIO I have to send this review because you need more employees like him. When I came to the Baptist location about 3 weeks ago I was so surprised. The store was so clean, the food looked so fresh, but the ultimate winner was me because Mario made the sandwich I ordered exactly like I had asked him to. Mario is very professional and makes you feel so welcome. This is how you retain customers and build loyalty to The Subway brand. I work at Baptist and now have a place where I can go and enjoy a nice fresh sandwich. I will certainly tell my coworkers about the changes that have been made and how welcome they will feel and get a Fresh sandwich.made to order!! I hope Mario’s bosses appreciate what he does!

Stopped in for lunch while waiting on my wife in surgery. Had my service dog with me. Was told no dogs allowed. And to tie her up outside. I’d rather starve than eat there. 0 stars.

Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. However, even though the food is fairly good at the Baptist Subway, the service is severely lacking. The girl that was working the counter on Saturday, July 20th between 7 and 8 p.m. needs a lot of public relations training and she also needs to learn how to make a neat sandwich. Her Sub sandwich making skills are very sloppy at the very best. She doesn't pay attention to the details of her work and she is definitely not a people person. In my opinion, if you are working with the public you should make each customer feel valued or appreciated. After all, that customer could very easily eat somewhere else. She doesn't pay attention to counting money back correctly. I do eat there on occasion when at the Baptist Hospital but I always dread my experience when I find that she is the employee working there at that time. From here on, I may choose to eat somewhere else, if she is working the counter at that time.

Relatively fast service. Staff get to know the customers and remember what they like. Ingredients are often out-of-stock so it's hit-and-miss on what you can order. Space is VERY tight.

For some reason the people working there think they don't have to wash hands after each use of gloves. Handle money don't wash hands.gross... way toommich talking while fixing your food. I can only imagine the spit flying in the food. Can tell no one has had any training in food handling.

Well I have to wait for a bit because the lady was having a conversation with the security about how to get her ex boyfriend, after that she was been rude and and not friendly at all after that she started putting my sandwich together and she didn’t change her gloves and my sandwich was looking like two monkeys put it together, is funny how she starts talking about how ppl giving her tips and how much in front of other customers
