Sonic Drive-in

The woman that was taking our order had a very nastyyyyy attitude!! To the point when she was finna catch these hands…. Customers service is very horrible and they have attitudes at the wrong people. I think she was a manger because she had on a black uniform but that’s doesn’t give her the right to have bad customer service… she can’t talk to customers any type of way bc she will find her match one day…. She need to fix that attitude first before she try to serve another paying customer…

Went here last night around 9, the system was down but one of the mangers(didnt get her name) let me order my drinks. When she came out she explained she was basically was about to go home but then the guy that was supposed to stay for her changed his mind. You could tell she was frustrated but she jus kept stating she didnt wanna lose her job so she was gone do what she had to do. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE plus some!!! Like i said didnt get her name but she had black hair and glasses, smaller build. Realize you got a good employee before she up and move on to better things !!!!

Didn't give all of the order and then kept silencing the buttons and never answering them. We finally went through the drive through and were told that they purposely left one of the missing sides out because they were out of it and, rather than having the carhop tell us this and ask what we want, they decided that they would wait for us to push the button to tell them (only to never actually answer the button).
