Starbucks

My experience today was extremely awful. The Barista did not greet me. When I pulled up she stared at me. As I proceed to tell her my mobile order she started to hand me 2 drinks. I explained to her that I was given the wrong order. She said nope it’s yours we are out of Trienta so we had to give you 2 16 oz that add up to the size you ordered. I ask why she didn’t explain to me before she hand to me. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Another lady came to window with my Daughter order. The cups were not full . When I told her if you changed the order at least make sure the cups is full. She stood there with blank stare. I drove off. I have visited numerous Starbucks never experience such rudeness , distasteful drinks, along with disappointment. The dragon fruit and kiwi taste old. The refresher drinks tasted blend. Not happy with order or service. Will not visit Broadway Little Rock store. 😡

The people weren't overly friendly like I'm used to at Starbucks, but they weren't rude either. The restroom was clean, but the mobile order counter was littered with crumbs. We waited ~10 minutes for my drink after my husband and daughter got theirs. I watched others get made while mine sat waiting with the sweetener pumped in and forgotten by the person who had started it. Watching, there wasn't anything waiting to be brewed. They just forgot. A lady came in from the drive-through with two incorrect drinks while I was waiting on my drink also. They didn't seem to be any busier than any other time. Toward the end, the man who took our order was trying to light a fire under the young lady who never could seem to find a smile for anyone (the others seemed fairly pleasant), and he came down and wiped the counter off.

I have had bad experiences at Starbucks, but as the one now is unucate and unfortunate, I went to bring a drink this morning, the Lobby is closed I tried to explain to the workers of that store, that my truck was too big, wide and with An enclose trailer and that it was impossible for me to turn around because it is very narrow, and they told me: that I had to walk and make the order 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️, I did not have to open the Lobby for me to just take the order but I did NOT walk between cars to make my order, and the lady who attended me with the worst attitude on the planet 🤦🏻‍♂️ I wonder if it had been their skin color, would this treatment have been different? Of course, if I have gone to those stores and when I go with white or African-American people, the treatment is different. one of the worst experiences at Starbucks in Little Rock
