Papa Johns Pizza

This restaurant has the best sauce than any other pizza restaurant. It is not overly salty like other sauces on pizzas in other restaurants. Another item that is very tasty is all of their different Papadias, especially the one made as a Philly cheese steak. It is crispy and very delicious and non greasy like pizzas in other restaurants. They even have pizzas for our vegetarians. All the pizzas are hand tossed from fresh dough and the toppings are fresh and up to date. Let me tell you about job opportunities. The manager is super friendly and flexible and will work with you at all times. After 3 months of work, you get a raise in pay and get benefits like health and dental insurance. All coworkers are super friendly and always have your back and will also work with you. It is also a very clean atmosphere to get your food. The delicious food they serve is worth every dollar you pay. Don't be alarmed by the price but just know it will be money worth spent. The ingredients are out of this world. Fresh meats and vegetables fresh from the food truck every week. They make sure your food is fresh, hot, and ready. 💯💸💜💜💜💙💙💙🤗🤗🤗

I placed an order at 1:30. The estimated time was 69 minutes. I called this store to get an updated delivery time at 3pm because it showed that my pizza was not in the oven yet. I spoke with a lady and she told me that my pizza should be at my home in 30 minutes.. I was ok with that. 4pm came and there was still no pizza delivered even though it said it was delivered. I called the store back and they cancelled the order with no further resolution.

I placed my order online to be delivered at a set time. 30 min past my time the stores called to say part of my Order was not available and that my driver would be leaving shortly. 1 hr past this call I had to call to find out where it was. I was told by the call center that it was already delivered! They transferred me to the store all to say it would be there soon. It was delivered cold! Papa John’s is not what it used to be

The store always gets my order right and they are great people. They make the pizza right next to the edges and sauce and cheese. I swear I don’t work there. Wade and his crew do a fantastic job. If you want good pizza at a good price, you can’t go wrong. Oh by the way their delivery is it always when they say it’s going to be. I can’t believe that.! That never usually happens but So far for 10 orders it’s been that way. This is made me hungry. I’m going to go make an order. Cheers!

On the evening of 08/31/2020, I ordered from Papa John's Pizza at 2000 South University Ave. (Ste. C) Little Rock, AR. I asked to speak with the manager. After going around with the guy on the phone, he state that he was the manager and his name was "KP". I explained that the pizza was not in good condition. It was tossed. He basically said the he didn't want to give his name due to bad experiences. I told him that it doesn't have anything to do with me! He said that he wanted to make it right. He stated that he wanted to make it over and offer me a 20 oz soda. I felt like he didn't take my feelings in consideration. I also felt that the situation was not handled properly.

Easily the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I waited over two hours for my order, then the store closed at 9:30pm. On my third call I was finally given the option to talk to a manager (9:18), who told me my order had just left and would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Nearly hour later…he obviously lied. Hopefully I can get a refund when I call tomorrow.
