I love the staff at this location..I come here A LOT. By now, after several years of coming here, most of them know my order..I usually don’t even have to tell them! They are so good with my kids and always interact with them, even though we are usually just in the drive-thru. They always get my drink right, but if they didn’t for some reason, they probably wouldn’t hesitate to fix it for me.

Starbucks, why do I always have to ask for a napkin? Should this not accompany each item ordered? I have to wait in your lines way too long and sometimes you don't even have a stopper from my cup. I hope you will do better so I will keep coming!

It's a pretty common chain location. Staff were friendly and fast. Drinks were hot. My breakfast sandwich was super hot in some spots and still cold in others.

I ordered 2 drinks from this location. My first drink (for a coworker) was correct. My second drink (for myself) had everything wrong with it that you could think of. I ordered a TRENTA Mango Dragonfruit refresher. Several things were wrong- 1.) There was NO fruit in my drink, as they had no fruit. 2.) My drink they gave to me was a GRANDE size. 3.) The reason my drink was a grande was because I got the last bit of syrup they had for the refresher. 4.) My drink tasted like straight water with MAYBE a small pump of syrup.
They informed me of all this AFTER I paid for my order, not while ordering or before I paid at the window. The young man who served me my drinks was sure to let the people in front of him know he felt bad for taking a $20 tip, but didn’t even apologize to me about not giving me an accurate order or informing me before I ordered. He never offered me a refund or a different drink.
This is ridiculous as everyone knows Starbucks is slightly expensive. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this location again.

When this store is open, the service is great and the products acceptable. Its a Starbucks, you go here for consistency, not to have your socks blown off.
I've been trying to give restaurants a pass since COVID has happened as I've managed a restaurant before and know the staffing issues that happen on the best of days. My major problem is that they've closed randomly (or so it seems to me) and changed their hours without notice on multiple occasions in the past few months. I get it, things are difficult right now, but would it be too much to ask for warning or updated hours on Google/The App?
