My husband and I meet our son and his girlfriend here about once a month for wings and beer. I have never been to this restaurant and received bad service…the wait staff have always been attentive, but more importantly they have always been kind. And for the very few times we needed to send something back (always because of our mistake for ordering wings way too spicy), they were understanding and quick to get some food back out onto the table. Oh, and I’m thinking we will be meeting more than once a month, and most definitely on a Thursday because of their $10 for $10 deal we just found out about!

I’ve eaten at this specific location a couple times now, but after my last visit I don’t think I will again. The waiter was nice, but took an extreme amount of time to bring us out our food and refills. Once we got the food it was indeed cold, meaning it was sitting back in the kitchen waiting to be taken out. It was quite disappointing considering the 40 minute wait time.
I would recommend take out at this specific location.

Used to be a weekly thing for me to come here, but stopped for a while. Went and a sandwich with my friends since one was on leave, and it was one's birthday. Went home feeling fine, and about an hour later I started throwing up. The sandwich is the only thing I ate, so i figure it must have given me something. Management didn't even seem to care, much less apologize or try to make things right. The only reason I say 2 stars is because of the bartender. She was awesome to everyone. *EDIT* they refunded me exactly what the wings cost, not a penny more. So I only paid 98 dollars to be served bad meat and miss 2 days of work. I still haven't been contacted by anyone.

Servers are great. Even when they're busy and tired, you can tell they try their best to make sure things run smoothly while being nice and conserving if you're up to it. Food came quickly and was hot. My friends and I have made this a regular spot to hang out, eat, and get to know the servers.

We came in around 7:30ish and placed our order dine in. The server drake was wonderful and super sweet. He even came to us several times apologizing for the wait on our food since it took about 45min-1hr for our food to come out. We asked our server if he could talk to his manager about comping the meal or anything because of how long we had to wait. He came back and explained how his manager said he wouldn't comp anything to fix the issue and the server was the one that offered the free dessert. I just think it was unprofessional for the manager to not try to fix this customer issue and comp something on the ticket. But instead we had to pay for the full ticket of $91.73 and super later food service. Again our server was very great and thoughtful throughout everything. The manager should be more thoughtful about the customer experience. We weren't satisfied with how the manager chose to handle this situation and I filed this complaint on the corporate website so hopefully they can provide this manager with more training on how to deal with customer issues. We won't be coming back after this!

Went there around 3:30 pm last week with my family. There was only 1 other family already seated and 1 couple who came in after us. For them to not have even a small crowd, we waited a very long time for our food and watched staff just stand around not doing much (waiters and kitchen staff). I got the sample platter. Onion rings I had were great, boneless wings were decent, but nachos and mozzarella sticks tasted old like they’d been sitting out for a while! My fiancé’s traditional wings were undercooked- like, red (not even pink, but red). And when we sent them back and switched them for boneless, our waitress didn’t seem too thrilled about it. Like, her vibe was off afterwards, whereas before, she was cool. It was not the best experience.

Went on a Sunday at about 7pm and sat in the bar to watch the game. It took our server 15-20 minutes to first come to the table and 30 minutes to get our drinks out. We finally got our order taken after being there for an hour and finally got our food after another 35-45 minutes. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what but they only had a couple other tables. The game ended right after they brought out our food and it even went into overtime. We left at 9:30pm! It was the longest I've ever waited at a restaurant and we asked our server for the manager but we never got to speak with him. At least we got some quality family time to say the least🤷

This place doesn’t like bicyclists. This morning a not so friendly Mgr at Buffalo Wild wings wished us a fun ride as we were about to leave. Mr Mgr also let us know our cars would be TOWED OFF if we were not back by 11:00. He was not concerned that the 30 of us might come back for beer and wings after our ride. DON'T PARK THERE, and maybe take your business elsewhere . "That's all I have to say about that"
