As it was my first time at TCBY and I was unfamiliar with the menu, I asked for the most popular yogurt. The cashier gave us plain vanilla ice cream without toppings or caramel/chocolate. The cashier was unfriendly and seemed unhappy at work.
I left disappointed with my plain vanilla.

White chocolate mouse for life!! I prefer tcby over baskin Robbins, or more “boutique” yogurt places. Priced well, fast, and yummy!!!

Went to the drive-through and ordered regular waffle cone with a scoop of Peanut butter truffle and sea salt caramel. The waffle cone was melt in your mouth goodness; however, the ice cream was okay. The soft serve flavors at this location were from my old days of TCBY experience; I was looking for something “new”. So, I passed up “old familiar” soft serve flavors instead.

Employees acted like they just wanted us out of there. Didn't ask what kind of toppings, if any, we wanted. Not welcoming for new customers.

The ice cream sundae was really good but the chocolate malt was very disappointing. We went back through the drive thru after ordering the malt to tell them it did not taste good at all. They were kind enough to remake it for us. Although the gesture was very kind the malt was still not good. Instead of going back or having them remake it we just went home disappointed and trashed it. Maybe malts and shakes should be retaught.

I treated and enjoyed myself eating TCBY YOGURT. ITS BEEN OVER 20 YEARS SINCE I HAD SOME TCBY YOGURT.
