Senor Tequila

This Senora Tequila location is the worse. I go there for delivery jobs and have eaten from the restaurant many times but I feel as if they have something against people of color here. They will walk by like you're not even standing there and then will have the audacity to seem shocked when you get upset. Will never deliver from or eat here again and listen to the comments people! They need new new staff members and retraining on diversity. Very disappointed. Let's spend our money with people more humane and open minded.

Today I went in and ordered some bean dip. I was on my lunch and in a hurry, but when I got in my car I noticed that it was regular cheese dip. I took it back in and let the man at the register know that my order was wrong. He was very adamant that it was bean dip, and not cheese dip. I tried to take the top off without him touching my food, but he grabbed my food and got something, stuck it down in my food and gave it back to me. I told him that he stuck something in my food and handled my food while dealing with money, and I asked for a refund. He refused to give me a refund or take the food back. Please stop going and supporting these people. This man was very rude. When I walked in, I stood there for a moment before anyone would even offer to help me. If I could give zero stars, then they definetly deserve it. This restaurant is horrible and filthy.

A little far to travel for a gathering of friends, but we'll worth it once the staff learns your name, preferences and treats you like Family. Doesn't matter if your Black, Mexican or White. They see no cultural lines here. EVERYONE Is treated with a family feel here. Outdoor seating/smoking is a plus. Whether here for a drink, or a bite to eat, the atmosphere is energetic, and enthusiastic. Great job to ALL the staff that make it a memorable experience from start to finish.

Good presentation in the dishes but no flavor. I ordered a POLLO ASADO and a STEAK MEXICANO. They tasted like cardboard. The waitress who took my order, turned out to be the cashier and asked me to wait for me to go to serve some customers who were paying. After a prudent time, I basically had to yell, "Could someone come and take my order please"? I clarify that the restaurant was alone. There was only one other table, apart from my daughter and me. We pay and leave. The food stayed on the table. I will have to buy a pizza to satisfy my hunger and go back to work. I wasted my time and money.

I've been going here since I was a little girl so this place is always good is always good and always a place to hang out on the patio or at the bar or inside. It's not expensive and it's quality food. I went to Señor Tequila on Rodney Parham tonight, with a group of friends. They had ice in front of their entrance. I slipped on it, but didn’t fall. My mother came right behind me and fell. She landed on her hands and knees after slipping on the ice. We spoke to an employee because the manager wasn’t there. She refused to help. Finally the manager showed up and my mom was able to speak to him. He told us that it wasn’t their fault because they don’t own the property. My mom was physically hurt and they didn’t care. They said that they won’t scrape the ice or even put a sign up because it’s not their property. They didn’t do anything to make it right for her. My mom is almost 70 and will be hurting for a while because of this. We will not be going back.
