Carbone's Pizzeria

Today we ordered takeout, the buffalo pizza and onion rings. Onion rings were great, but the pizza crust was undercooked. The edges were just slightly golden but the rest of the crust was white. It was so soft it was starting to meld with the cardboard box. Definitely not the same as the last time we got food here. Really surprising and disappointing. The last time we were actually able to eat inside the pizza was much better cooked and delicious! That's also when we discovered our love for their crispy onion rings with the zesty sauce they serve it with. Addicting! So far this place is 50/50 for me, literally.

Best ever manager , check these folks out, must say best meatballs I’ve had !! It is now 2 weeks later, had a 1/2 sausage 1/2 Shrimp . Asked for it uncut. They marked it for us. I had to add to my last post because every time I add a new post it takes away the nice comment I left before, they are great give them a try

I placed a takeout order for a half salami hoagi and an antipasto salad on 10/17/20 around 1:00pm. When I was eating my lettuce I noticed there was a piece of hair in it. Grossed me out so much I threw out the rest of my order. Now I'm worried and hoping I don't get sick from it. Usually the food is good, but I don't know if the cooks purposefully did this or not. The hair was definitely noticeable. I'm sorry but I'm not ordering here again.

Arrived when they told me my takeout order was supposed to be ready. They told me I was early and it would be 15 minutes. I waited nearly an hour and was told that they messed up the order and were remaking it. They said it would be ready in 3 or four minutes. They didn't offer anything to make up for wasting my entire family's time. No discount, nothing. Most places would offer some sort of compensation. Anyways I asked for a refund, and left without any food.
