The new Manager, Tori, has turned this place around! The store looks cleaner on the outside, they now have a trash can to dispose of your trash before leaving the parking lot AND all the carhops that have served me are wonderful people! Very friendly environment now! Love the changes!! Almost a 5 star!

My order came to appropriately $18.60. I gave the man who brought the order $20.00. He gave me $1.00 in change and thanked me. I know 40 cents isn't a big deal but he did lose the tip I normally give and I will remember it the next time I decide to grab a sandwich. Very disappointed.

In Lexington they are slow, and you got a 50/50 chance on the weather the food is fresh and put together right or it's 3 hrs old and slapped together with hardly any extras on it with out a $.45 charge for each thing ....

Ordered a chicken slider meal. When I opened to eat sandwich the chicken was extremely over cooked tasted like rubber. Not happy at all. Had to put a lot more mayo to cover up taste

Last 3 times we have ordered from the mobile app we get the same order. 1 grilled chicken sandwich 1 crispy chicken sandwich meals. Each of these 3 times we have recieved 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. We live in the country so by the time we make it home and realize it's not worth driving all the way back to town. Do I need to call after I order online and make sure they read what we want? I also called once we made it home and realize what has happened. No one ever answers! Frustrating!!
