Nice, family run business that seems a little overwhelmed and chaotic. Salsa was watery along with the beans. Carnitas tacos were okay, flautas we’re fresh and good. Relatively slow but it seemed like they were overwhelmed though the restaurant was somewhat empty.

My favorite pastor tacos at time of review. I stop for these to make a 7 hour drive easier. Enchiladas are good too.

The food was very good but they overcharged $5. When we asked why the reply was “taxes” which didn’t add up at all when we looked it up. Needless to say, get a copy of your receipt.

Big portion had burrito it was the size of my leg coulda been 2 meals and awesome green sauce will eat again

We don't make it to Lexington very often. We're in town for a graduation. Asked around and heard that Roos Taquerua was the place to go. Was clean enough. Not the biggest place, but were able to get seated easily. Food was awesome!! Cost was reasonable. Wish this place was closer so we could eat here more frequently.
