Ming Hibachi Grill

Although it may not be served on the most flattering dishware this place has the best Soba Noodles anywhere around hands down. The Chicken and Steak I had today was prepared perfectly and seasoned well enough you could distinctly taste the difference between the two. Not just one taste throughout the whole stir. Great team of people as well. The whole place feels super authentic.

I gave the place 3 stars because the food was delicious, but I felt like I was in a fast food place. I have never been to a hibachi grill run like a fast food restaurant. Everything was served on/in disposables ( plates, cups, and cutlery). You order and pay at the counter, collect your food there after filling your drink, then pick a table. The portions were generous, and the food tasty(even if I was a bit disappointed with the "fried rice"). I was expecting a full service dine in experience, and got a fast food one instead....only it wasn't that fast. I will say that the place was clean and in good repair. I would definitely eat here again, and recommend it to others, because like I said....the food was delicious, and served up in generous portions. But I would probably be more likely to order take out than dine in again.

We ordered the soba noodles, hibachi steak and shrimp, egg drop soup, and hot and sour soup. All had no flavor, nor did it have any type of smell. I'll assume that is because they put no type of seasonings in it. The soup was like drinking a hot bowl of water with some egg whites in it. Disgusting. We also had sushi and that was the only decent thing out of the whole meal.
