Dan's Cafe

The wait staff were awesome. Customer oriented. The food was great, especially the fish we had. Burger was done but still very juicy. Everything we had was great 👍. The Buffet needed to be refilled but what was there, looked very appetizing. As a former restaurant owner, I would highly recommend Dan's Cafe. Y'all need to go eat there. I've been there at different times of the day 🍔🥪🍰🥧🍨and everything is very good😋🙂

Dan's has been a part of Lexington as long as I can remember and they still serve excellent fish. They have been famous for their fish for years and even though they are under new management and are utilizing a buffet, they still offer a great fish plate. The menu at Dan's has much to choose from but this new management, used to operate Pin Oak Lodge restaurant, has an outstanding buffet and salad bar! The last owner had a 50's themed menu and decoration, with some nights even the staff were dressed in the attire. The buffet is great during lunch and excellent for dinner. They have many different entree's and the variety on the buffet is always commendable. We visited on a Friday night and they were serving seafood and they even had froglegs, unusual for Lexington Tn and at a reasonable price also. They always have dessert and a sign offering ice cream if you like! We love eating at Dan's!

We came from Mississippi state line to eat. It had a 1950’s diner vibe with cool art work from a local artist. It did not disappoint. DELICIOUS. I have never had better chicken. Nice family, excellent service, and amazing food. We will be back. Do yourself a favor and go, and make sure you get dessert.

This is my favorite place to stop and eat. It has great food, great people, and great atmosphere!! Everytime we stop here the food is delicious!! I get the Hens Burger, my family gets the fish basket, chicken basket, or the regular cheese burger and it is always good! For dessert we recommend the banana split or fudge cake sundae!!! Can not express how much we love going here!!

The waitress was awesome the main complaint that I had about Dan's was that I ate off the Buffet, and the only way they were keeping the food warm was the heat lamps,,,, the fish taste is soggy the food was warm on top and cold toward the bottom,,,, but the service was excellent clean facility as well!!!!!
