I went to this restaurant this morning to get myself and some of my Coworkers breakfast. I had to pull up to wait on my food. As I am waiting I have someone knocking on my window. I’m on my phone so I wasn’t paying attention and it’s dark outside. I thought it was my food and instead it is a man that’s been sitting outside of their restaurant. He’s kept asking me for money and a ride. He kept telling me he just got out of prison. I was so scared. The manager came outside, seen him harassing me and told him they were going to buy him a biscuit. Finally they bring my food out and I leave as fast as I can. I call up there to talk to the manager about the incident and all she said is that “if he bothers someone else we’ll call the police”. That’s the most unprofessional, unacceptable thing she would have said in my opinion. What about me? A loyal and regular customer. What about my safety? They definitely lost my service!

Placed order ONLINE to save some time because we were in a pinch for time… travel time was 30 to 45 minutes & we will stop to pick it up… Got there - went inside to get my food - NO ONE CHECKED FOR ONLINE ORDERING - which means - NOT ENTERED - WAS NOT READY FOR PICKUP.. Not even a response of “We apologize.”- Had to wait an additional almost 30min for them to get to my order to cook it an have it ready…. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!! If you offer online ordering - it needs to be monitored closer… NO EXCEPTION… CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST or your not have customers returning.. Employees act like you’re order is a burden on them to make… I don’t understand WHY…….. Three previous times I’ve ordered from this location - our food was NOT CORRECT - should have learned from those visits… Since Kathy Dunn sold these stores they have ALL LOST THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE….. Definitely not “I’m happy to help! OR “My Pleasure.” Type service…
