Love an old school bakery and this is MEGA old school. I was seeking pie for a friend and stumbled upon this place. They had several for sale including a seldom seen French Apple. Picked that up along with an Apple Fritter [good], a honey bun [great] and an oatmeal cream sandwich cookie. The nice lady assisting me said it was one of their best selling items. Maybe I got a bad one but I thought it was average and needed more creme. Service was great and the young lady said she loved her job. It showed. They have donuts, cupcakes, mini pies, cookies and this really unique frosted croissant with a chocolate creme. I regret not getting that.

This is the absolute best bakery anywhere!!!!! Very nice , helpful workers. Great prices and any kind of baked item you would want. Apple fritter donut holes, long johns, fried apple pie and the BEST cupcakes ever!!!

I recently went and purchased cupcakes for my son's 7th birthday. Requested a cupcake cake in the shape of a seven with icing decorations themed plants versus zombies. The amount I paid for them was well above the quality I received. I received iced plain green cupcakes. The Happy Birthday banner I purchased and placed myself. Everyone talked Fancy Pastry shop up and I was expecting better than what I received.

Place is ridiculous. Its huge and cases are always empty. The baked goods are old and stale. Service is horrible. The help look like they are being forced to work there. The floors under cases is filthy. When will we get a good bakery in town.

Most amazing desserts and beautiful cakes. If you have a special event, this is the place to purchase your sweets. You will be very impressed with the product and with how well your guests receive it.

I got the Birthday cupcakes in teal and green along with the white ones that had the Birthday sign in them. The worst cupcakes ever. Get them from the grocery store. They was horribly dry and taste stale. Just horrible.

Yep... everytime I go home (Lexington) I'm on 2 wheels and an axel trying to my doughnut holes 😆. It was 5:55pm... my brother and I got from pass the Sheetz off S main to Fancy Pastry in 3 mins... yeah the police would have had to follow me to the bakery...bc I wasn't stopping lol 😆

I grew up on fancy pastry! They will always be my go to fo any cake needs. Everyone on my family gets their b day cakes here and I even go my gender reveal cupcakes here. If you have to have a moister cake then they definitely are not the place for you.... they do tend to have dry cakes sometimes so dry i just eat the icing but honestly ill keep getting them for when they are not so dry 😂
