I placed a mobile order through the app, but connection was lost along the way so I was prompted to call the store to make sure that they received my order. The store said they did not receive my order although my debit card was fully charged for what I ordered. Not pending, but actually charged. I went up the store 20 minutes later to speak to the manager. She refused to write down my order and make it, or issue me a refund because they hadn’t received my ticket through online ordering, despite the store receiving my money. The excuse I was given is that they don’t really mess with the mobile app. That’s funny considering there’s advertisements for it all over the store. As a result, my bank is having to refund me and take it as a loss since the store refuses to do so, while this store receives my money without giving me my sandwich. This was very unprofessional and makes the store look money hungry. I am very disappointed in my visit and will not be returning which is sad as I really enjoy jersey mikes.

To be a sandwich shop it was entirely too expensive. It's a sub not a nice restaurant with a perfectly cooked Ribeye ! Almost 30 dollars for a sub and another 1/4 sub ! No drink no nothing extra. I almost walked out but had not eaten all day and was starving. I promise I will never eat their again. I would hate to have ordered two meals , the pricing is ridiculous and for the money PATHETIC !
