Taco Bell

I went at this location bought some foods & I was placed order cinnamon twist but it’s very bitter tast so I told them for the change, they r changed & give me the same. After all that I was asked refund for it but one employee come to at cash counter & said come next day in the morning my manager is not here right now we don’t give refund right now. Every time they have same issue. Whose purchase the foods on at this location make sure check the quality for foods bcoz at this location doesn’t have good food quality.

Put an order in through the taco bell app took about 20 minutes to get there, upon getting there they told us they had no online orders and it would take about 5-10 minutes before they get them and to pull around and wait for a notification. As soon as we pull around we got a notification that the food was ready so we went back through the drive through. Again we were told that they had no online orders and whoever was speaking were cut off by a much more rude employee who proceeded to tell us they did not have our order and we need to pull around. I will be calling there support line tomorrow or whoever I need to to get my refund for food we did not receive.

Simple order gone way wrong. I ordered a #6 with a coke, #7 with a pink lemonade and 2 chicken chipotle melts. I only received one. So I waited outside the door for 30 minutes while the rest of my food got cold. Still haven't gotten the rest of my food still standing at the door as they mock me inside.. needless to say if I was in taco bell management I would seriously look into major faults in this place. Absolutely wouldn't recommend. Drive to another taco bell

I have been repeatedly disappointed by this location recently. It’s the closest to home, it’s on my way home from work. If I’m craving Taco Bell, this is going to be the one I stop at. Soon after I moved I learned this was the better of the two nearby options, but recently it’s just not been great. Tonight I ordered for me and my younger sibling. I mobile ordered 4 nacho fries, three of their newest value menu taco with the tortilla chip pieces, three of their beef burritos, a bean and rice burrito, and a chicken chipotle melt. I only received 2 nacho fries, and I was missing one of my beef burritos. On top of this, half my items had the tortilla chip pieces in them instead of only the three tacos that were supposed to.

Really I would just give it three and a half Stars but that option wasn't there. So, for a fast food joint was really clean on the inside, the counter area where you order and the dining room and bathrooms we're very clean and that's about 70% of me going into any kind of restaurant. As for the food, it's Taco Bell, if you like Taco Bell then it's good.
