Papa Johns Pizza

When I rate I always start with 5 stars and take away 1 for each thing they should have done better with. Papa didn't have any issues. The pizza was okay. Not the best, but not the worst. the person on the phone was very nice, the person that delivered it was very nice and they were at my house in about 45 minutes which was great. I live about 4 miles from the restaurant. All in all, a very good experience. And.... I am gluten free and they have a non califlower pizza gluten free pizza.

Ordered our pizza at 11:45 for a 6:30 delivery. Called at 6:51 to ask where it was and was instantly told the driver was 5-10 minutes from our house. The pizza didn’t show up for another 20 minutes. 40 minutes late and to top it off our veggie pizza was literally just a handful of each topping dumped on the pizza. I guess we will try someone else from now on.

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas this past Monday. They were extremely undercooked. I was sent an email that I explained I was very disappointed in the undercooked $35 worth of pizzas. And have yet to hear from anyone from this establishment. Even though their email must of been a automated response. They don’t care about customers. My family has 5 members that we will be spending our “pizza money” at Marcos from now on. I wasn’t even looking for a free pizza, maybe just a coupon. Good bye papa John’s.

1st time ordering Papa John's. It wasn't bad for cheap pizza. I will definitely order real pizza next time. The wait for delivery was absolutely horrible, but everything was great with the contact less delivery and the driver was very courteous and friendly from a distance! The kids enjoyed the pizza, but coming from Jersey, there isn't much to choose from down here. I would definitely say Papa John's is above Little Caesar's!

I preordered pizza at 4pm to be delivered at 6pm. 6:30 rolls around and no pizza..I call and am put in hold for 8 minutes before being disconnected. Cal back, same thing. Call back a third time and finally speak to someone after a 7 minute wait only for them to tell me they can’t find my order. I give them my order number and they say that order numbers do t actually show the order. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Finally someone else gets on the phone, finds my order and says it will be delivered at 6:44. No one showed up u til 7:05. Save yourself the frustration and order dominoes.
