This is, by far, one of the friendliest staff out of all restaurants in Lexington. The food is always delicious, staff is always upbeat and friendly, and they are always on top of orders! I greatly appreciate their dedication to service and keeping everything top notch!

Good food, management immediately serviced me and was so generous when I was ordering. I never felt like I was a bother to them. Food came out hot and fresh and was super yummy. I came to mainly sit and do schoolwork but it was a really pleasant experience all around. I will gladly come back. Dining room was clean and was cleaned every 30 minutes to keep it sanitary. All employees wearing face masks. It was a nice experience

So disappointed. Never got my iced chai latte after asking numerous times. The foos we originally ordered we found out they were out of after the e had been sitting for 5 minutes. And the food I got to replace that tasted awful. Store was clean and not overly crowded which was nice.

I never go to Panera by myself, but my wife likes it. Every time I go there is an issue. Well, tonight was no exception. We ordered online and did curbside pick up. Curbside pick up was a little slow. We confirmed our arrival time online. Then waited another 10 minutes. We decided to call to check on the food. It had already been ready and was brought out to the car. The gentleman apologized for not being it our sooner. No worries. We checked the bag to make sure our food was in there. Then we get home and I open my sandwich box. The sandwich was completely thrown together and almost no meat. I honestly expect more from Panera. Maybe I shouldn’t. My wife called about the ‘sad’ sandwich situation. Panera apologized and said they would comp a sandwich meal next time we order. They were nice about it, but I have a subpar experience every time my wife convinces me to go. Panera please do better.

Food is great, ingredients awesome... but you need to train better your staff
Service and cleaning needs to improve.
I usually do not post bad reviews, but I send a comment on you internal website/“contact us” and no one respond or took action... maybe here you will notice and get it better...
It has been like that for few months.
