Domino's Pizza

Aside from the order taking 40 minutes (2 medium pizzas - carry out) the employees were not professional and dropping profanity left and right. Also no one acknowledged me for a good 2-3 minutes when I walked in the restaurant. Please don’t ask me to contact anyone at the restaurant - I just want to warn people to order elsewhere.

It's been a longggg time since I ordered dominos because last pizza was less than desired but against my better judgment I ordered a pan pizza because it was a special. Feel like I threw $12.00 away! Pizza crust tasted like cardboard didn't even look like the pan pizza I'm familiar with and the grease on top and bottom of pizza was so thick, it was just nasty! After eating 1 piece the rest went in the garbage! Will be another longggg time until I order another dominos pizza...

Last night I was not able to receive my order because there were a lack of employees that showed up that night however the 3 gentlemen that were working that evening were very kind to everyone. I rate them high for the quality of professionalism, customer service and dedication. We had waited a while for our food but when i walked over the employees informed me of their situation and did what there were able to do to make things right in the moment. I know that had to be stressful for them so I thank them for doing what th could to make things okay.

I'm giving them 4 stars only because they had accidently sent me the wrong item and when we call the first time thr manager said he would have me the right ones brought out after waiting a good while we made a second call and he was surprised it still hadnt been brought out to me and apologized and gave me a 35 dollar credit and is still sending me the right food. I would have been happy with a free 2l. WOW right? Now if my food never shows up I guess I'll have to make another review but other than that very friendly amd amazying food.
