I asked for over easy eggs. I'm not sure what these are but they look like hard boiled eggs in the middle and the whites are rubbery . ) : However I will say when I ordered it last time with scrambled eggs it was perfect. ( : If I didn't pay all the extra money for door dash I probably would not be as disappointed

6/24/22: We ate there on Friday night at approximately 6:00 p.m. Food: 4 Stars. We ordered breakfast. Everything was good, but both of us knew our Foid would have been better if we had went to a Waffle House. Service: 4 Stars. The service from the staff was exceptionally good. But when we arrived there was only one other group (a couple in the entire place), and they seated us in a booth directly behind them. Considering the capacity of the place appeared to be approximately 200, I feel this was very inconsiderate. Because of the lack of background noise we could clearly hear their conversation. While there another couple came in and they sit them in the both directly in the booth directly behind us on the other side. Facilities: 4.5 Stars. The building and seating is beautiful and spacious. All areas are exceptionally clean. The only reason nit 5 stars here was the both seats are a little worn out. Do I recommend this place: YES Will I visit again: MAYBE, but most likely I will select Waffle House.

Staff was short handed but waitress was pleasant and showed no sign of being stressed. She made sure we had refills without us asking, and checked to make everything was good and if we needed anything. The cook did an excellent job, our meals hot and really good. Hats off to your two hardworking employees. 👏

Wonderful Server, experienced, kind and thoughtful. The food was a good quality but not as up to grade as some other I-Hops I’ve ate at in the past. Still, clean restaurant, hot food, great service and I loved that they had fresh Tropicana OJ! “Florida Girls Love Their OJ” so don’t be shy and visit this location and let me read your review of your dine in experience 😉 Thanks I-Hop for never disappointing!

Came in today to eat with my family for New Years Day. The food was very quick and very good! Our server, Isabelle, was extremely sweet and nice. She did a great job at making our experience so good and was friendly and talkative. Thanks for the great service! Definitely coming to this location again

The 4 stars are for the wait. We were told it would be about 25-30 min wait, there were 4 or 5 ahead of us. We were understanding because it was a busier time of day BUT they had several tables still open but for what ever reason they were not seating anyone at some of them. Anyway, we waited in our car and after about 30 mins they called and said our table was ready. Once we got seated our waitress was very good and made sure we had plenty to drink until she brought our ticket to us and it seemed like she thought we wouldn't need any after that even though we were still eating when she brought the ticket to the table. The manager (I'm guessing is what he was) was walking around checking on all of the tables more than the waitresses were just to be sure everyone had everything they needed. It was nice to see the manager walking the floor, we go to A LOT of restaurants including other ihops and have not seen this much at all. We got our food fairly quick and it was made just as we had ordered. The food was good & the service was mostly good, we would definitely go back! After eating here I read some of the reviews people posted here, maybe either there was different staff or maybe some changes were made but the only real issue we had that would be the same as others was the wait time. Everything else was good and at times we are bot easy to please, we expect to get waited on in a timely manner and get our food in a timely manner and still at an appropriate temp., not cold food. After all, we are paying for it so we expect it to be as we want it and we tip the waitress according to her service and politeness and this waitress was tipped well. 🙂

update from one year ago. didn't realize it had been so long since i reviewed! we eat at the Palumbo location about once a month. would more often but it's pretty busy there at meal times. this time we decided to do a pick up order at 2am. they were busy but the food was hot and ready after about a 20 minute wait. we had a large order, it was packed nicely with plenty of condiments etc. the quality of the food and portions was great as usual. the only complaints are the iced cold brew wasn't drinkable and our side order wasn't packed. i did call to request to be refunded for the forgotten 8 sausage links. i mean those are a buck each so i'd like our money back. phone numbers xxx-xxx-xx16 or xxx-xxx-xx25 as reference.
