Taco Bell

Unfortunately the Grilled chicken chipotle burrito was the worst I have ever received from many competing Taco Bell restaurants. All tortilla, & chips, no chicken or sauce. And In the spicy potato soft taco, there were exactly 4 pieces of potato. All cheese and lettuce. Not worth the money whatsoever in these times. No respect or regards for customer experience or respect. Very disrespectful order taking skills “repeat that!??” with attitude. Also heard the employee talking rude about the customer on her headset. “She just asked where the chalupa was🙄”- when we arrived to the window. Overall definitely worth the 1 star, coming from a past 3 year fast food trainer.

This location often gets orders wrong. Make a cheaper burrito instead of what you ordered. Burrito contents are unevenly spread. Put sour cream when you request none. Billed for extra toppings that you don't get. Won't give utensil packet for relevant orders. Ask for two packets of sauce, get 35. Miscount items in an order. Give you the complete wrong order.

I literally just wanted lunch, and somehow whoever loaded up my bag either didn't notice or didn't care that these sauce packets were busting and in absolutely disgusting shape, if i had more than 30 minutes for my lunch i would have turned around and went straight back to have a friendly chat with the staff on why they thought this was okay to put in my bag. I've never had any negative experiences at any other taco bell in this area. And usually even if I have a less than stellar experience (this goes for anywhere, at that), i rarely feel the need to go online and complain, but this is just disgusting. I can't fathom what goes through someone's brain to think that it's okay to put old, busted, and crusty sauce packets in with someone's food. I do love some taco bell on occasion, but best believe after this, I'll be taking my business elsewhere when I'm in this area for work. I don't know what good a google review will do, but if someone of merit sees this, and if they care, maybe tell your employees to not do this. because I refuse to believe they didn't notice this glob of sauce packets all stuck together.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. My food was barely wrapped. I was told that I couldn’t make a separate order because y’all are short staffed what does that have to do with anything I worked in fast food before and this is very unprofessional no matter what there was going to be more ordered because there were more cars behind me and I don’t care to wait for my food especially if it’s going to be correct. And most of my food is cold the only thing that was right was the drinks.

Really.... nothing to share other than paid money i worked for. Visit this establishment- place order- get to drive-thru window "greet cashier to receive silence (disrespetcful). Pay for food..... receive old fries bad food and oops.... shame on me i didn't ask for my receipt so I didn't get one. Food service as a whole is just declining at an alarming rate. These corporate companies really should consider replacing these unenthusiastic employees with actual robots. Marked this location off my list for good. Why pay for terrible service and terrible foodm?? As a consumer and a employee I'm just disappointed to say the least. I'd much rather go to an actual restaurant pay and tip.

I'm a Door Dasher this is one of the worst Taco Bells. I watched them making tacos and burritos they are sloppy and take no pride in what they are serving people. Personally, I feel if you are serving food make it like you would for your family. They are also rude and ignore you they don't even acknowledge that you are standing there.
