Subway

They didn't open on time which was a bad start. Was supposed to open at 10 per their listed hours online, but didn't actually open until after 10:30. There were two elderly people working the shop, one of which seemed to give snappy responses to my simple requests like mozzarella cheese which they yelled "we don't have mozzarella cheese at the subway!" as if I was out of line for simply asking for mozzarella. The response was the same for other things like giardinera as well (which they don't have stock here either.) The other person working the register tried to ease the situation by making jokes which weren't necessary since I'm not going to let anybody ruin my day nor get into a shouting match with them. I just ignored the person with bad customer service skills and moved on. Food was your standard subway fare, nothing special. Everything seemed fresh from what I can tell. Overall 3 out of 5 stars

This is not a good subway, service is bad and very very slow. Took 30+ minutes to move 20ft. Every time one item ran out all 4 people behind the counter stopped taking orders and stood around and talking while one person filled up the empty bin. I had a simple order cold 6 inch with black olives. I got 3 tiny pieces of black olive in the middle of the sandwich, I politely asked for more, and got 3 more, I finally said all I want is black olive, and got a tiny amount more. When I asked for just a little Italian dressing, she snapped and said we don't have Italian just subways dressing (which is Italian BTW). They guy at the register was just as nasty too. I had points card and he huffed, the machine didn't say to slide it or anything at all on the screen so I waited and finally he said "It ain't gonna slide itself" really rude. Next year we are eating else where. I am always polite and say please and thank you. This place is just rude and doesn't want your money so don't give it to em. Support a local business that appreciates it.

I ordered the turkey and Black Forest ham sub. I asked for spinach. I counted them. 4 small pieces. Fresh spinach is not so expensive that you have to hoard it. Then I asked for a small drizzle of raspberry vinaigrette. I was told "no, we save that for special sandwiches." If I had wanted the subway club, I would have ordered it. AND... it WAS a special sandwich to me because I spent my hard earned money on it.

Came here after a game with 5 girls i play with. The two women working were immediately rude and obviously were upset we were there. I asked for a buffalo chicken sandwich and was told they dont have that and i had to rethink and that also upset them . they only put one tablespoon of cheese on my whole footlong and maybr 5 pieces of spinach. This was also the case for my teammates. I asked for some sides of Chipotle sauce and they claimed to have nothing to put them in and i asked if i could just have it in the container they have for chicken she would not so i asked for more on the sandwich and had to ask multiple times for that. Keep in mind i didnt want my sandwich to be a mess but wanted more sauce which is why i did not want it on the sandwich to begin with. Two of our sandwiches were burnt from toasting and one girl was told she couldnt have a salad but they then made one, so they obviously had salad. Honestly just terrible service. I also work as a manager at a restaurant and if they were my employees, they would lose hours or their jobs . Unacceptable service .
