Baskin-robbins

My family and i were treated very poorly when we went out Saturday night. We got 2 sundaes and 2 double scoop bowls. After sitting and eating outside in a very messy patio area that was obviously not maintained from all the spilled ice cream and sticky mess, we were turned away from the restrooms. No real reason was given. But the kids went anyway. Then when they closed the staff 2 girls and 2 boys came out and flipped my wife off and told us we were the worst people they ever dealt with. All infront of our kids. The kids that work here are clearly untrained in customer service and should not be allowed to operate around young kids . Would strongly not recommend.

Unfortunately, the girl who served us, didn't have gloves on and she touched the waffle cones with her bare hands. Also, when she was bending over to get the scoops of ice cream her long pony tail was almost touching the ice cream. It was disgusting. The waffle cones were not fresh and they weren't crunchy.

Zero stars...I placed my order in the drive thru. Got a two scoop sundae with hot fudge. The cup was extremely hot and within 3 minutes the ice cream had melted. It looked like a soup sundae. I called back and told the teen my issue. She said the temp for the fudge was too high and they turned it down. I asked could they make another one. The shift lead said no and hung up. Of course I contacted corporate. Poor customer service.
