Wendy's

This location is terrible and needs new management and employees, I like Wendy's food but I never get what I order ever, this is the closet location and even when I doordash this is the one I get food from. Cold gross unsalted frys, cold chicken nuggets, and half the time you never get any sauces when you ask or order them. They can't even properly make a sandwich and put the correct things on it. The inside of the building is disgusting, the workers are rude, I came back around the drive through once because I was missing 2 frys and had no sauces for multiple spicy nuggets orders (who expects you to eat nuggies w no sauce dude) and the short Hispanic manager lady wouldn't even give me the missing frys or sauce because I didn't have the receipt they didn't give me and then closed the window on me.

Ordered a bacon and egg buscuit, with no cheese. The woman taking the order didn;t not speak english well, but told me I HAD to get cheese. I asked her to repeat that, and she said it again. I have ordered this before WITHOUT cheese, and got what I asked for. I had to order soemthing completely different due to this! Get your breakfast elsewhere!

Well let’s see, T-MOBILE offers free sandwich, and they don’t at care about it, don’t care to tell you how it works, so I try n get one free sandwich from place I did eat at 3-4 times a week. But now I’m not sure I care to eat at any cause my next review. So I go back now and tonight they don’t have sweet tea or frosty’s or even chili, and then the picture should show how nice a job they did with the Mayo with a sandwich in it.

Sat in line nearly half an hour and only witnessed maybe 2 cars move up in line, and about 6 other vehicles got tired of waiting and left. Upon arriving at the menu boards was simply told "sorry, we're no longer taking orders this evening (keeping in mind it's barely 10pm)." Then had to turn around and exit through the secondary order board line to avoid having to wait an hour to make it through line to exit empty-handed. Wish I could say this was an isolated incident but after the 6th or 7th time of something similar happening, I felt this review was necessary and the 1 star rating more than fair. May I suggest Steak and Shake or Five Guys instead?

Eating there presently, 2-3-22 the Hispanic lady manager wouldn’t provide me a $5.30 buggy bag went back and forth with me that they were out of small cups so had to charge more. I requested to drink out of a kid frosty cup then. She rolled her eyes and gave me a regular small cup that would have come with the meal anyways. Watch out they will screw you.
