Starbucks

I don't know what training you are giving these employees or if they just don't care. But watching them make my drink I could tell they didn't know what to do when no ice is requested. I worked at Starbucks. Shake the drink with ice and just don't put ice in the cup. I wanted to make this myself because the attitude that was being displayed in from of my was not professional. This is my first and last day I will ever order from a Kroger Starbucks. Kroger you have lost my business! I have never had this much of my drink left in the cup. It's typically gone in less than 10 minutes. But while I was putting on eyeliner before my work shift the drink had already separated. I didn't take more than 5 minutes to do my eye liner.

I don't have a picture of the first time they made my drink. But it was undrinkable. When I had them make it, they again used what looked to be the pitcher for the passion tea, I've noticed that other Starbucks have containers that they put their refreshers in now so I just assumed that they didn't upgrade to those and we're using the tea containers instead. My drink tastes off there is no caffeine buzz that the refreshers normally give you. My lunch break was over so I couldn't go behind the counter and ask to make it myself. I will not be going to another Starbucks in a Kroger and frankly I don't think Kroger should have one in store if they are going to drop the ball like that continuously. Unacceptable. Complete waste of my time and money.

I find the quality of the coffee served sg most Starbucks to be inferior. I prefer a strong dark roast coffee and have never been able to get one at a Starbucks that didn't taste burnt. The flip side of this is that I grind my own coffee using Espresso beans on a fine grind. The kicker is that I have been using Starbucks espresso whole bean and it is delicious. WHY?

Terrible service. The barista kept wiping her nose. She was overly loud and kept talking to a coworker while I was ordering. On top of that the cold brew I ordered is definitely not cold brew and was incredibly bitter. I've never been picky and I hate to waste money, but this is going in the trash. If you are desperate for a mid day coffee, you're better off without it than going here.
