Normally wouldn't take the time to review a chain style restaurant. The new burgers are fantastic! Stopped in for lunch and ate in. The service was outstanding, Nancy was knowledgeable and professional. If you have only a short time for lunch they get it done quick. Yet if you have a little longer they make you feel right at home.

The Gold Star Chili at Palomar Center are the rudest, nastiest people ever. I ordered a simple full size BBQ chicken salad and the chicken looked FAKE & tasted FAKE. It was beyond gross, if you can’t make a simple salad I don’t even want to taste your chili.🤮 I then tried to call and talk to the manager and there was a boy on the phone who was constantly rude and hung up on me MULTIPLE times. Never will I eat here again. Just disgusting and the worst. Let’s not even get on the size of the salad that cost me $8. The full size salad was as big as a SIDE SALAD. Something a 2 year old could eat and still not be full. So disappointed.

Got in the drive-through, three cars in front of me. Got to the speaker and waited. 15 minutes. Watched the other 3 Cars Drive away. Pulled up to the window and placed my order. Got home with my order after 35 minutes of being in line, And found that my conies had no chili. Seems like every time I go here, there’s some kind of problem.

I ordered a 3 way and it came with hard noodles a tiny bit of chili and NO CHEESE.... absolutely furious!!! I call and the manager is ghetto rude with me and told me I need to come get the cheese.... don’t we use Uber eats for a reason???? I pretty much paid for nothing because I didn’t even get half of my food right, Never will I eat at this restaurant again in my life!!
