Absolutely no service, the manager refused to take the order and asked us to proceed with the touch screen instead, after ignoring us for 10 minutes. Told us if we weren't satisfied to just go elsewhere. Despicable attitude, it wasn't even busy..? I understand why now

Diana at the drive thru of this place is an amazing human. She is always in a good mood and will make your day better with her genuine smile. She loves her job and you can tell it by her interactions with each guest.

I figured with there being no vehicles I’d be meet promptly but no. 1:30 minutes later no response. Pulled off and looked over to my left to see employees laughing at me. 11:am on Tuesday? I guess missing out on money is funny to them. Across the street I went to Chick Fila where the professionalism and respect for one’s monies is appreciated.

The foods alright, and the service is fast, but every time I pull up to the drive thru the lady rudely asks "can I help you?" In a voice with an attitude. Has happened to me every time the past several times I've been there

Sigh.....you make me FAT!!!! But I love your fries and mccafe mochas. The devils food!! Please join in the "impossible" products so I don't have to drive across town to burger King to get an impossible whopper. Which I rarely do...but still!! GET SOME!!

Food was fresh but our order was wrong and the girl taking the orders thru drive thru was less than friendly and acted as if she just woke up from a three night sleep.

Consistently awful. Complacent staff. Trash always all over the parking lot. This place needs a leadership change. I live close by so it's convenient. So bad that I quit getting food there a long time ago and only use it for coffee. Here lately they can't even get coffee right. The last few times I was there the coffee had the worst funky smell you could ever imagine. Any attempt at a complaint is met with eye rolling disdain by the lazy staff.

Great Volunteer Ran Organization.. Really care about Animals.. I Adopted 4 cats from them they were very helpful.!!! I'm enjoying the entertainment of 4 kittens playing together!!! Jess county NEEDS TO FUND THIS PLACE NOT ANIMAL CONTROL.!!!!! WAY BETTER ADOPTION PROCESS HERE.!!!!
