I love me some Steak 'n Shake. This is one of the places I eat at most frequently. The staff is always friendly and fast with orders. My only complaint is the kiosk system, which prevents me from being able to scan my receipt in their app for points. It's also impossible to use coupons at the kiosk, and bother one of the workers. If they are going to stick to the kiosk system they need to make a few changes.

Use to be better. The cook still rocks as much as I could tell but if ever they can get back to what they once were just a couple years ago more stars I would give. But hey they are open always and food is cooked as ordered so it's always hot. Half price shakes from 2pm\am-5pm\am are a nice bonus.

For fast food, this place was great. They have the shoestring fries, which I love. The burgers were flavorful and the shakes weren't half bad either 😉 will definitely go again.

Has changed since Covid. Order at a Kiosk, no waitress, pick up food at a counter, get your own drinks, all packaged condiments & no napkins at tables. Food was great, still, sad to see the changes, more like fast food dining.

I’ve been to many Steak ‘n Shakes. This seems to have been recently done up. During Covid times. Without a doubt the cleanest nicest I’ve been to! Jan 2021. I can only hope it stays like this as they usually have a funk. The were quick and the FPS was good. I was really impressed.

Workers in the kitchen work with their heads uncovered. My burger was ok but the chicken strips weren't hot, not even warm. We also ordered three strips, and we were given two strips and one nugget (one strip didn't even look like a strip, but nuggets). We were very disappointed!

Their Steakburgers and Milkshakes are too die for... and i say this as a diabetic! Also this store has an excellent, helpful, professional, and polite staff. Kudos to how well they work together and work for their customers!
