Great lunch and great price. But can’t say so much for dinner, at the price you pay for bread it should not be like the pic, not the that Alfredo was looking great, but the manager said this bread ain’t burnt, so I added pics of several.

Toya and her crew were excellent!!!!!! Baby when I tell you the customer service was on point, this was so refreshing coming from Shreveport, La… I felt right at home…. Lewis Campbell rehearsal dinner…. The professionalism and personal attention to us was top tier…..

Exceptionally poor service. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes at least listening to a coworker argue with another customer in their car. It went on and on and on and on and on. Instead of just saying come into the store and will resolve the issue they held everybody up while they argued. Totally ridiculous. Too many other places to eat food but won't waste your time

The service was great! Food was very quick and hot! Melanie M. was very nice and continued to check in on us throughout the time we were there. Needs were definitely met and the food was great! Highly recommend! 11/10!

Toya provided unbelievable service at the restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky. (Restaurant #1605) She was so friendly and personable from the moment we walked in. At some places you can see how the employees are annoyed when you walk in when it’s close to closing time. It was the opposite with Toya as she seemed genuinely happy to serve us even though we arrived at the last minute. It was a great experience and she’s a huge blessing to your franchise.

Employee Toya and her crew at restaurant number 1605 gave me the most friendliest and helpful experience I’ve ever had at a Fazoli’s. On top of the excellent service I received, my food was amazing. I will go out of my way to come back to this location just because of Toya!!! 😊

Went through the drive through. Cashier taking the order was rude, scoffed at a simple question, and all but threw my change at me. Food was haphazardly thrown into containers, pizza slices were smashed together. bread sticks were so dried out that they were hard to the point you could snap it in half like a stick, tried taking a bite out of one and it was incredibly unpleasant to say the least.
1/10 get it together y'all

Toya is the absolute best!!! I keep coming back to Fazolis for her amazing customer service. She makes my girlfriend and I feel so welcomed every time we enter the doors. And the food is always exceptional!
