Buffalo Wild Wings

Went here last night after a long day just looking for a relaxing meal with some drinks. Food and drinks were okay. Service was terrible. Our server Brooke took our order then disappeared. Our appetizer came out after the mains we ordered none of which were even dropped off by our server but by other servers. She didn’t come to check on our refills for 30 minutes and when I ordered a second drink I had to wait another 20 minutes to get it. Meanwhile my husband and I could see her chitchatting with her coworkers and completely ignoring us. I used to love this place but after this experience we won’t be back to this location.

Came in and placed a to go order at the counter. Nachos. I stood there for 24 minutes before I had to go ask about it. No one ever called out my name or brought to go orders out to the shelves or people. According to the ticket time on the bag it was complete for 15 minutes before I asked. Having the nachos in the warmer for all that time made them soggy and soft by the time I got them. Terrible experience and food. The generic response below shows they don't care. I've already submitted the review and they only offered 500 blazing points on their app.

Do not recommend. I get hot and my heart rate goes up when I think about this place. There was literally puke in a clogged sink last time I was there. I did the Blazin Challenge because I was told I would get a sweatband and two free meals—one of which I could use to pay for my meal that night. I completed the challenge in 4:09 and it turns out they didn’t even have any sweatbands as apparently I needed to come back to use the free meal (singular). When I went to use the bathroom to wash my hands after, that’s when I found the puke.

Place was pathetic. Went to get some wings, I paid for extra sauce. I got home, only had 8 wings instead of 10 I paid for. I had no sauces at all, not even what I paid extra for. When I called she got a manager on the phone that said I would have to drive back over to get my sauces and refused to remake the order. I told her my food would be too cold to eat by the time I got home again but she refused to remake my food or refund me for the food they made it impossible to eat!! I will never visit this restaurant again.

I haven't been to a buffalo wild wings in a few years, so we saw a deal and thought we would try it again, even worse than I remember. We ordered 50 wings, 2 small ranch cups, a large ranch cup, large blue cheese and celery. After debating how many flavors we could get and asking some questions, I reminded the guy that I wanted celery and 2 small ranch cups, he kind of just shook it off and said "oh yeah I'll just throw that in for you, like he was gonna do me a favor. That would have been great and all, had it actually happened, which is why I repeated it twice, to make sure it did. Got our bag and headed home, 10 wings, 2 ranch cups and a side of celery Short, the wings were small, dry and way overcooked, like chewing jerky, and only halfway sauced. We called about the missing items and the guy "remembered" us, and that we could come back and get it. We told him we weren't driving 45 mins back tonight, so he thanked us for calling and hung up. This place is terrible, I'm gonna stick with hooters or even pizza hut, at least the wings you do get are edible.
