Romano's Pizzeria

Really good pizza. I ordered an extra cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The extra cheese pizza was so cheesy and delicious. I love a good pizza with real extra cheese not like Pizza hut and Domino's extra cheese. The sauce was delicious too and not too much. Crust and dough was awesome. I love me a good new york style pie and Romano's delivered on every aspect. My wife loved it too. I came here to visit and pizza hut messed up my order twice. Best thing that could've happened to me. I discovered Romano's and from now on until I leave I will be ordering my extra cheese pizza from there every Sunday for football Sunday. Seahawks fan here. Great job guys. Keep it up. I'd give you 10 stars if I could. You will see many more orders from me. Can't wait for Sunday as I try to only eat pizza on Sundays. Two thumbs up. Go Hawks!

Got the best customer service from one of the cooks the other day! It was busy so I had to wait a little bit for my food, the cook was walking by and apologized for the wait and said he would make sure my food tasted delicious! He brought it out himself and it looked amazing! He apologized again and said it should be worth the wait. Just a kid with tattoos but seemed so professional. Definitely coming here again !

Customer service is terrible. They either screw up the order, it takes longer than they say for pickup or delivery, or the staff have an attitude. Last pickup order I show up and they clearly screwed up the order. Cashier says it will be a few minutes. I see the staff make my pizza and put it in the oven. Fifteen minutes later, a staff member hands me my pizza. She say's your welcome. I grab the food an walk out. I hear her mutter under her breath complaining that I didn't say thank you. Why would I thank you for screwing up my order, making me wait and not even bother to acknowledge that you screwed up? I'm done with this place.

Great subs! We are staying at the La Quinta and the delivery man came straight to our door. So sweet! The grinders were amazing. Great size for a great price. We come to Lawrence quite often because of our family, and this place is definitely a go to now! Thank you so much for the great food and service!

Oh my head!! This place is amazing! I don't even know where to start! The pizza has an amazing crust. It is ALWAYS cooked to perfection. The people inside are very friendly. (Your rolling the dice when it comes to drivers, so better to pick up) Haven't fully explored the sides but mozzo sticks and fingers are very good. Chicken fingers are amazing. I think they make their own. They legit fall apart and they are giant! Be prepared for a good meal when you order! Romanos is a fan fav in my house!

Great food but absolutely no customer service skills. My order gets messed up evertime i order here. I recommend hiring people who are happy to serve the community. Simple order. Pizza, fries, wings (flats only no drumsticks). I pay for it i deserve to get what i want. I work in a restaurant so i know how it is to deal with requests. But if a customer spends their money on it they deserve whatever they're paying for. Thank you Leelanyi for messing up my order. I probably won't be back here for a while. Spend your miney with companies that value and respect their customers. 😒
