Crown Fried Chicken

Absolutely worst customer service ever, i was picking up an order for Uber eats and this has to be the most racist restaurant against white people, i was told my order would be ready in 5-7 minutes meanwhile ever single customer including the ones who walked in after me were all waited on and given their food promptly. I waited for 20 minutes until I finally had to give an attitude and ask why is it that my order still isn’t ready meanwhile every one else was already given their food? My friend who was waiting in my car walks in and says to him in Spanish how long has she been waiting and he tells her “she just walked in right now” I will never return to this establishment

I would rate it zero stars. First off I picked up two orders to deliver for door dash, while there at 2 am on Tuesday November 2 2021 I decided to order a basket of chicken for myself. I went and delivered the orders, returned to pick my order up, proceeded to berate me and say other things in Spanish which got a laugh out of the other patrons in the store that understood what he was saying. The joke is definitely on him though because I am bilingual and speak fluent Spanish so I understood exactly the bleep he was saying to and about me, just completely unprofessional and unwarranted. I felt so imbarrassed I didn't confront him, I just wanted to get the hell out of the store. Way to go loser!!!! Absolutely horrible experience.

Man this place come clutch at night, god bless the cooks for staying up late and cooking food as myself work in the food industry and as myself I have a love passion serving people food! but my hours are different, I been eating here since birth and I’m a 90s kid grew up off Broadway, and never got sick from them. Thank you crown chicken 🙏

i dont even know how to start but here it goes. i will NEVER order from there again.... not onlu did o wait almost 3 hours for my food. but when it came my sub was salty, i orederd my grandson a plain cheeseburger it came with everything on it. i ordered a tres leche cake. never got it. they did give me three deserts to make up for the wait..but nothing that i wanted .. soo yeah never again...
