Tokyo Steakhouse

Had the dinner buffet. Had never ordered off a form. Interesting change and the waitress was very helpful. Sushi rolls were delicious. Tempura shrimp was very good. Seaweed salad was awesome. The beef hibachi was good. Ate too much. Recommend this restaurant for a nice unrushed fresh lunch or dinner.

Eaten here many times and never disappointing. The stonehenge roll is my favorite, but I have tried many roles and appetizers and never had anything bad. We have never ordered online or through eatstreet, but have stopped in and put in a quick order at the bar many times. I've never seen them busy.

Made a reservation online through google, had been here before & knew the food was good. Waited 8 minutes to be acknowledged by wait staff at the door. In line in-front of us, also waiting was a young woman who had ordered on eat street. They hadn’t made her $52 order, said they couldn’t refund it, nor would her food be ready “any time soon.” Restaurant was about half full, half dirty un-bussed tables. The girl who sat us didn’t ask if we wanted water. Waited another 20. Overheard the table next to us stop a waiter and say they had been waiting over 45 minutes for a beer. There wasn’t a staff member in sight on our walk out. We won’t be returning.

I placed an order online through Eat Street at 6:25 PM. Website said it would be ready at 6:45PM. I showed up at 6:50, only to stand and wait for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Once the woman working finally came to see me, I told her I was picking up a carry out order in which she replied it wasn't there. She looked and saw that I had submit and order but said it never got confirmed. Then she abruptly just turned away to make drinks for a table. She left me, mid conversation, to go and wait on three different tables. She came back to front desk and I THOUGHT she was going to talk to me about my order but instead she sat another couple. Finally I got her attention and she sighed and said that it was too busy for her to submit my order. I explained that my credit card was already charged and if she was going to refuse to make my food then she needed to either cancel my order or give me my money back. At that point she told me to "call EatStreet" and get my money back on my own. I kept asking for her to just make my food and she kept refusing and would walk away from me. Each time she came back I asked for my money and she was upset and told me to write down my phone number and she would call me in the morning. After waiting there and talking to them for 40 minutes, I finally left without any food and also still never got my $52 reimbursed. I've emailed Eat Street and am just hopeful to get my money back. In the meantime, I will NEVER return to this restaurant again. They were incredibly understaffed, unprofessional, and careless. I have never been more appalled in my life.
