Einstein Bros

The service here is incompetent and rude. I'm trying to get a bagel and there was only one other person in the building that was a customer, yet somehow it took more than 5 minutes for me to even be addressed by a cashier who was then rude and did not take my order correctly. I specifically told her what I wanted, that I wanted it sliced and toasted, and a tub of cream cheese. She proceeds to somehow mess that up and when I pointed it out to her asked for a refund because it had been so long at that point that I was bordering on late at work despite there being more than one worker but only one other customer. I asked for a refund and then the rude cashier was unable to process it on my original form of payment, and then got rude when I made a comment about it. What am I really supposed to do with $7 cash? The rude cashier who can't take orders, or refund orders properly is also the manager... Who refused to provide a receipt or their name and even told me she wasn't going to help me if I wasn't nice. To her. I don't think getting my food as I ordered it in a timely manner is rude. I don't think asking for my money back when that service isn't rendered to me with that expectation is rude. That girl is bad at her job and got embarrassed when she was called out about it and then got rude with me. And then is refusing to identify herself because she knows that she is in the wrong. So not only can you expect poor services it will come with rudeness if you try to correct it. For some reason I thought I'd be able to go to Einstein bagels in the morning and get some bagels I guess I was wrong.

Son poked his head in through the door simply to see if there were masks inside for customers *Annoying high pitched scream that I heard from outside* "sIr YoU nEeD tO hAvE a MaSk On" Will never return. We were hoping to eat as we have a thousand times before but that lady just ruined any future hope of us returning.
