Funny how they removed my other posting. Ordered thru door dash. Piece of chicken was almost as big as jalapeño popper. Never ordering from here again. You'd think a combo that more than 10$ would actually be a chicken sandwich and not a chicken nugget!

Order a munchie meal just now It was going to be spicy nacho chicken jalapeno sandwich. Got home and my order was all wrong theses kids that work there are a disgrace can even get a order right. This is not first time the line also was long. Very bad Customer service too no respect at all jack in the box you need to show your employees respect and get a order right too.

Horrible service, ordered in drive thru and said my order then drove up to drive thru then they said what my order was since they didn’t get it. Forgot to give me my drinks. Employees, obviously, playing, joking, and standing around instead of doing their job (BTW, there was a lot of drive thru people.)
Only credit is that their employees try to be nice.
