Clerk needs to learn to listen to customers. I paid $1.50 to use The EXCEL Fully automated Air pump which happens to be torn where the metal and hose meet. This tear caused the pump to fail, causing the air to blow out of the tear, along with the air from the tire!! I went to report it to the clerk and she kept telling me I was doing it wrong.... this was not the first time I’ve put air in a tire. I know how to use it, but she would not accept the explanation and kept arguing the point with me, until another customer explained to her that yes, the air pump was torn and therefore air was blowing out. Clerk then said she couldn’t do anything about it, and manager wouldn’t be in until the next day. I had to ask her to provide the manager’s name and number, and store name, and suggested she place a sign to prevent others from going through the same thing. Not happy about her attitude with something that affects safety in such a way.
