Pizza Hut

This place used to be great when I first started going. But the service and the quality just keep going down. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. Today I ordered a small veggie pizza. I went to pick it up and they said it was still not ready. And when it came out today, they gave me a personal size instead of a small pizza. I just laughed! How ridiculous is that? I didn't want to fight, so I just grabbed the box but asked for pepper and cheese, and they told me I had to pay extra for it. Never again. I will just order from farther up the road.

I love Pizza Hut but customer service sucks here. I waited more than 20 minutes ! The same worker asked me for my order’s name twice🤣. I even called and nobody answered. I decided to get down since the person in front of me got down as well. Then the pizza was warm going to cold. It wasn’t even hot!

I went last night to pick up my online order. It was a mess. They had a huge line of cars waiting outside. I went inside, people where waiting. Didn't have my order ready, had to wait another 30m. Staff were all over. Alot of customer s angry and were canceling there order. Not recommend pizza hut on zapata hwy.

Curbside service was terrible. Called in to let them know our parking spot. Call center answered and assured us someone would come out with our order. 15 minutes later my husband had to go inside to look for someone. No one was at the counter. Finally an employee came outside with our order as my husband was getting back to car. Having a call center answer instead of actual restaurant is a horrible idea.
