Whataburger

I just picked up my online order that I placed through the app. I got it 40 minutes later, and I am not a happy customer. I elected to pick up, soonest possible time, and walked into the store at 5:45. The app told me the order would be ready by 5:43 at the latest. I told a cashier about my order 2x, and finally a manager came and asked me about my order. That's when they finally started to prepare it. I tried to bring the time delay to his attention, not in an angry way or challenging. My words to him were "Sir, this took entirely too long, I placed my order at 5:29 online." All he responded with was "I am sorry mam." And that was it. Bad Customer service and way too slow to get the orders put together. Unhappy, and once upon a time Whataburger fanatic.

This is a good @Whataburger location. It's busy most of the time bc of the area and the Hwy. The staff is friendly and very hard working. The @Whataburger food is usually hot and fresh.. I prefer to dine in bc I like the burgers to be fresh, but with COVID-19 I will also do curbside. I do recommend they get more curbside spaces. Overall it's a good location. I love @Whataburger
