The lady had great customer service and didn't have to wait much time for food to be ready by cook. It had been years since I was last here and it was good to visit the restaurant again, but the cheese changed. The cheese burger was served with shredded cheese and I just prefer my square cheese. Lol chicken strips are great like always and roast beef as well!! Regret not going back before. Great food for the family.

One of their workers was pretty rude after I placed a phone order for the seafood platter. When I arrived to pick up my order he was reluctant to make it claiming I ordered somewhere else. The owners corrected his error right then and there. I gave them five stars because although the server was horrible, the usual cook and Cindy were so kind and attentive. The food, as usual, is always delicious. It was my first time buying fish there and it was very good. I usually go for the cheese burger. Will return to try other items soon.

TLDR: The owner has ZERO customer service skills. The food is not great. Do NOT recommend. This place is horrible & the owner is incredibly unprofessional. First of all, he couldn’t understand the basic English I was speaking. I understand the importance of speaking Spanish in Laredo, but as a business owner, you should be able to speak English too. I went out my way to Cindy’s to try the “burritos with sauce” on their menu. It was a tough day & I really wanted this comfort food. I squeezed this in before attending a rosary. I was so upset when I got home & I opened my plate to dry disgusting gas station burritos. No cheese sauce. My friend ordered a double cheeseburger & he got only one patty. This was my first meal of the day at 4 pm. The drive to and from Cindy’s was 40 minutes round trip. Of course, I decided to eat the dry burritos as I was again, starving and had driven 40 minutes to eat. I didn’t want to call on an empty stomach & be hangry with them. I called and spoke to the owner and explained that my friend and didn’t get what we ordered. This man refused to offer any sort of solution. He insisted I drive out of my way to drop off the food for a refund. I explained it was out of my way & I was trying to make it to this rosary. I was literally having to call on the drive to the funeral home. He didn’t care. He put me on hold for 10 minutes. I could hear him arguing in the background with the cashier regarding the order. I had to hangup and call back because he never came back to the phone. When I called back he asked me if I wanted to complain directly to the chef, as if that is my job to discipline his employees! He refused to take ownership of the situation. I would have even accepted a remake of the meal on another day but he refused that as well. Sad to see such a lack of customer service from someone, according to his words, has been a successful business owner for 40 years. 40 years of owning a business has obviously not showed this man anything.

The burgers here are freaking amazing. They are huge and juicy and come with fries, a side drink, and lettuce/tomato on the side. Would take this place over whataburger any day! Get extra fries and a double meat bacon burger to fill you up. The only issue I've ever had with this place is on 2 occasions, the soda tasted watered down, like carbon without the flavoring. The past 10 times I've went, though, there have been no issues.
