Estrella was the one who took care of us she was outstanding definitely the definition of great customer service! Our order got mixed up (miss communication) but she fixed it up in no time the food was fresh too! If your in the laredo area come visit this location!!!

Manager is always awesome and knows her stuff. Hot and quick everytime, however last night I went into the store to pick up my food and the little twerp delivery boy couldn't find me in the system after I gave him my name 2 X and nearly had to point to my name on the board that stated ready. Little bit of attitude from the staff as well. I ordered from them enough lately, next time I'll just walk a few extra steps over to Dominos instead.

Team made my pizza exactly the way i ordered it. I asked for double sauce and they followed the directions exactly. Team is friendly and the service is quick and polite.

Order wasn't ready on time and they ran out of cheese packets. Like seriously, who orders your supplies? I'd go to the other PHs and at least get some from them.
