Made a reservation for 12. Arrived on time. Gave the name of the party. The girl at the register tells me to go ahead and go outside and sit down. BUT AS I AM LOOKING INSIDE, I see a waiter walk another guest to their table. Ask my daughter, the birthday girl, to go ask for a rack to hang the purses. They give it to her, for her to carry out. The tables were filthy with dirt. Had to ask for them to clean it. Didn't have utensils on the table, we had to wait for them to roll it. (Although they knew they had a party of 12 arriving, they weren't prepared!). They got an order wrong and I asked for the red vodka sauce, I failed to noticed it didn't come with protein. The waitress could've asked if I wanted some but didn't! They didn't fill up drinks as they were getting empty. Overall, the service was awful! The staff is mainly a young staff without much experience. I blame this on the management for not training them well enough. We aren't paying just for ANY plate! I guess they figure a party of 12 automatically has gratuity....

Staff was extremely rude and reluctant to serve me and my wife. The Hostess greeted us with an attitude and was obviously annoyed that we showed up. Server took 10-15 min to come to our table once we sat down, despite us being the only ones on a quiet Sunday evening. When she did show up, she did not look happy and asked us what we wanted, we asked for a glass of wine, to which she immediately replied that she didn't know what we were talking about, despite it being on the menu. We showed it to her and she said "we probably don't have that, but I guess I'll check.". At that point we realized we weren't welcome so we asked for the check once she came back with the wine (which she seemed really excited about, I might add). The bus boy was throwing menus around and making a lot of noise (obviously didn't want to be there). Just over all, complete unprofessionalism within the entire staff. I did NOT tip Dana. Although I ALWAYS tip 20%. She did less than nothing in my opinion. We left right away and went to another restaurant. I will not be coming back and I suggest to anyone reading this that you do not even bother going there. It's not worth the time or excessive cost just to be treated like an unwelcome outsider. Go anywhere else.

The ambience of the place is great. It’s light and modern, easy to be comfortable in. The food looks good, but it’s taste does not measure up. It wasn’t that bad, but combined with the expensive prices, it just was not worth it. Would I go again? No. Do I recommend it? Not really. In all honesty, you can get the same food at a better value in a Italian restaurant chain.

I've had homemade before. But here? Beyond immaculate homemade, fresh noodles - they've ruined any other pasta for me. The Alfredo was light and fresh - I'm almost sure they made the Alfredo to order. Chicken was fresh, juicyand nicely seasoned - not a frozen hockey puck heated with fake grill marks on it like most chicken fettuccine alfredos. Husband had the chicken parm sandwich. The homemade chips - light and super crispy! I didn't taste his sandwich, but judging by the sounds he was making and facial expressions, it was pretty dang tasty. Maybe just a little small. Staff was incredibly polite and attentive. We will definitely be back! I'll take photos when I return, since we were so excited to eat, that we totally forgot to last time!
