Long John Silver's

Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 4 sides. Besides taking 20-30 minutes to receive food the dining area needed cleaning, there was food all over the floor making it slippery and unpleasant. It was cleaned up after we made them aware of the problem, we also received the wrong order but they were quick to correct it. The food was excellent freshly made and hot it made worth the visit.

this is the second time coming to this place, i overlooked it the first time because I thought the girl that was at the register was probably having a bad day, but today was the same BAD AND RUDE SERVICE. I had asked for it to be fresh and the girl at register legit said "WE DONT DO SPECIAL ORDERS" like how is that a special order? it's a request to have it freshly made because last time the chicken and rice was really bad, like it had been there for a while. Well today, we experienced the same kind of treatment and food. The chicken was dry, and greasy and the fries were extremely soggy. I hate complaining but if they don't like they're job, then why are they there, leave your problems at home. Anyways if I ever go there again I will have to say something because how can it happen frequently, a manager at Chick-fil-A would have put a stop to that type of attitude. It all starts with management. ‍ I actually give this place a .5 star but the least you can put is 1 star. Oh and the girl on the register her name is Mayra V. & the other one before her, was a short chubby girl with glasses, i didn’t get her name but she was so rude last time.

Ghetto even by Laredo standards. Higher prices, no mac&cheese anymore. They did away with the condiment area, if you want tarter sauce it comes in little packets now. Want hot sauce? Sorry 6.00 a bottle. No longer complimentary. This place is a dive. You can tell they are not a franchise but independent Laredo garbage.

Really bad customer service. Table was dirty. It wasn't CLEANED OR SINITIZED. Bad food. It looks like they microwaved the fish and chicken. To reheat it. It was not fresh (see pic) They dont offer drink refills. Which I would understand 6 months ago. But now restaurants like Whataburger offer refills. So why LJS dont.

Laredo LJS owner check up on your store.. Food is not what it used to be the pandemic is no longer an excuse. Your counter staff need to be trained with customer service skills they are rude and seem to be bothered when you are placing your order. Thank you for the condiments but trying to sell you a bottle of hot sauce is a total money grab. I've been to a few LJS around Texas and this one is the worst.
