Hands down the best dinner I've had in Laredo. Our server was extremely well mannered and polite and told us the ingredients of each of our dishes.
We started off with the Quail Lollipops. They were magnificent! I have no idea what the bed was made of, but the sauce combined with the quail was so so good.
My date had the Herb Crusted Salmon tonight. I tried it, and the sauce drizzled on the salmon made the flavors come out to an insane level. Everything about her dish was amazing from top to bottom.
I chose the Tomahawk Steak (medium rare) and let me just say that it did NOT disappoint! Extremely juicy, so tender, and the flavor was all there. It was served with a cream of corn (it had Chipotle and other things in it). I decided to try a small bit of the corn on a slice of the steak. The best decision I made in my life thus far. That's all I will say!
Everything about this visit was simply stunning. I will highly recommend giving this restaurant a chance to blow your mind like it did mine.

Oyster nacho’s are a must have appetizer.
The ribeye was phenomenal.
Grabbed a seat at the bar and met some nice locals who gave me a few other spots to check out.

Amazing experience. The place is well appointed and service is on point. I will be back again next time I am in town. Drinks, Empanadas, pork chops and tres leches delish.

After eating here over 20 times today of all days was by far the worst experience. Service was unacceptable. Server came by three times and forgot my drink order every time with a part of 6. The food was cold and had to be reheated. The potatoes slices are my favorite and they were under cooked. Did they get a new chef? Hire a new chef and save your resturant.

Great experience. It took me a long time to come here because I thought it was a place for all the stuck up posers in Laredo but I decided to give it a try .
The service was excellent. The appetizers were delicious. The main course was excellent. Great experience. I will be back in spite of all the posers that frequent the place. Great place to eat and have a couple drinks. Didn’t even feel like if I was in Laredo

The steak done 'medium plus' (between medium and medium well) was PERFECT. Alligator bites were slightly salty but delicious (not tough at all!), and other sharable side dishes were great as well.
Safe were attentive and informative. Safety measures were well taken too.
It was a wonderful family time. Thank you Border Foundry Restaurant ❤️
